Start on inside of shape and paint with bead of the brush, not the brush
Concept with material function - consistent application changes the viewer experience of the piece
Work with a cover sheet to avoid muddiness
- this also helps with reference comparison
Make the crease with the sharp side of the bone
Burnish the folded edge with the flat side of the bone, helps the fibers
Go slow in terms of gluing process
Leave a thumb width of space between cover and chipboard
